2023 Wrap Up

2023 was the first full year of Elgin, and it holds many fond memories of pop-ups, collaborations and achievements.
We co-hosted a welcome back from Bali for Chef Jun Macho early in the year, were recognized in the inaugural Michelin Guide, and started our NOSH Young Guns collabs!
We then had an action-packed October welcoming two international chefs; Chef Tushar of The Indian Pantry in Vancouver and Chef Buddy of EASY!Buddy in Bangkok for nights we won't ever forget!
It was an exciting year to be a part of the Saigon dining scene as we grew with the community and built out a space for fine-casual restaurants.
